The staff at Quality Inn & Suites Santa Clara were superbly friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is convenient, and they offer on-site parking. Additionally, there is a Big Mug Coffee Roaster nearby for a nice cup of coffee.

This particular Quality inn is in an area predominantly Asian. Great restaurants in the area. All the tissue and towels were folded origami with great skill. It delighted us. The room was very clean. Breakfast (included) had a wide variety of quality food and fresh fruit. It was excellent.

Because they didn't have the room that I requested (king-size bed) they upgraded me to a suite for the same amount of money.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Clean property. Above average breakfast. The location is perfect, not far from many eateries and shops as well as Silicon Valley. The hotel provides great service. Private parking is available onsite.
